We enjoy what we do and we want you to feel comfortable with your choice. We provide you with a free estimate then meet with you to answer your questions and address any concerns. We customize the job to your needs. After the agreed upon conditions are met, we generally begin painting within a week’s time. The size of your residence, existing conditions and other factors all influence the length of time needed to complete the job. Below are the general steps we will take on your project. Your situation may vary depending upon your needs as outlined on your proposal. 1) We will contact you with the day we are going to pressure clean. 2) We will then come to your home on the day we have scheduled you for and pressure clean it, we pressure clean the house with a light chlorine solution at 4,000 PSI that removes, chalk, loose paint, and this will also kill the mildew and mold spores. Please note this may not remove spider webs, mud dobbers , bee’s nests, or other small issues. These items will be addressed by hand when we come back to paint your house. If you have an enclosed patio we do not pressure clean inside those we hand clean any area on enclosed porch area. 3) We then wait at least 24 hours before painting your house, but we can wait longer. 4) We will then call you with a painting date. In that time frame we will be in touch with you to see if you have chosen a color or if you need our color consultant to come out and meet with you. |
